Abacus Flame was founded in 2010 when Rob and Noel decided to combine their two similar businesses into one company to offer a comprehensive service for their customers across Eastbourne.  The idea was to be able to offer repairs, maintenance, servicing and even emergency plumber services as well as more specialist services such as boat and caravan gas services.

Comprehensive range of services

The company now offers a comprehensive range of services and there are even two dedicated office staff there to chat with customers about their needs.  In the plumbing department, we can help with unique and specialist bathroom installations include wet rooms and adaptations for disabled customers.  This includes shower installations, power showers and bath tub and shower cubicle installation.

Heating systems and plumbing are areas we often help our customers with.  There’s nothing worse than a malfunctioning heating system, a boiler on the blink or a leaking pipe.  Whatever the problem, we can help with maintenance and servicing also available.

Specialist services

We also offer a few services that not many other people do.  Top of that list is the boat and caravan gas installation.  If you have a boat or a caravan and need the gas installations in them to be checked and certified, we can do that for you.  We can also carry out regular maintenance and even replacements when needed.

We have services for our domestic customers but also for commercial ones too.  We can maintain and repair any commercial boilers including boiler plant maintenance, conduct gas safety inspections and heating system repairs.  We can even check mobile catering vehicles that use gas and issue a gas certificate to confirm they are up to standards for these vehicles.
